THE ACTORS.

The actors are: the instigador (generally hidden in atrezzo), the harasser (main), the secondary harassers (one, two or more companions) than puden to make much damage. This set of actors forms the Harassment Gang. Other actors són the tacit collaborators (they extend rumors) and, finally, the dumb witnesses (they see the injustice and they watch another side). The director of the work is the instigador.

THE PURSUER. So that it exists harassment moral (mobbing) must come together three factors: a victim, a pursuer and the complicity of that attends that I mistreat. The paper that corresponds to him to the harassed one (victim) usually is a professional, successfully familiar individual or another circumstance that do to him that the pursuer sees it like "better" than he. Sometimes a public recognition on the part of a superior one towards the trabajor is sufficient so that the attacks against this one begin. It is possible that the pursuer, before initiating the strategy, has prepared the surroundings so that helps him to attack the victim. The harassed one, by its way to be, can that is a prey easy to attack: low self-esteem, incapable to support certain pressures and to defend itself. The pursuer makes a sounding between his companions (implicit, clear he is) to verify if their future actions can or not to have continuity and if he counts on the approval of them. What it interests to him is to confirm that it is not going to obtain enemies or who they reproach to him what it is doing. The pursuer presents/displays three possible profiles: Selfish upheaval of the personality: Concept has absolutely overvalued of itself and when it is before people who really are worth much, it is seen confronting with his reality, it perceives an enormous threat and it thinks that it must eliminate that person. Psicópatas organizacionales: They are people with an enormous capacity of seduction; they do not have moral norm and single they consider what it benefits to them or harms to them. If a competitor does shade to them, they do not doubt in "loading it to it". It lives permanently to the defensive one because it thinks that all are against him and want their position: for that reason it acts against the brilliants, against which they do not accept to be manipulated, against that lead to his companions. The pursuer, anyone of the three mentioned types previously, has in common his desire to put under the other. He is immersed always in games of being able.

THE HARASSED ONE (VICTIM).

In many cases, the harassed one usually is valid, ethical and honest, with an excessive sense of the responsibility. Usually it is trusted, thinks that everybody is good. They are people who go by the life with the open heart. As opposed to a organizacional psicópata, a paranoico or a narcisista is tube meat. The pursuer is convinced that he is right, although the reason is only a deep feeling of envies by ricochet or to just arrived. Any excuse is worth so that the psychological syndrome of harassment unties. The harassed ones have in common their difficulty to be manipulated, since they refuse to the submission.

REPERCUSSIONS IN THE HEALTH.

The psychological damage is evident: from irritability and postraumático anxiety to stress (repetitive attacks of panic, anxiety, hypermonitoring, dreams, insomnia, etc.) The physiological damages have been valued by Elisa Boberg, technician of Prevention of Labor Risks: The emotional tension increases the risk of myocardium infarct. - abrupt Ascents of tension, with risk of vascular accident. - Agravamiento of the diabetes. THE DIRECTOR.

The Director of the work is the main instigador. The head of the organization can be or not to the current of which she happens in his company. But without a doubt she is the maximum person in charge in front of justícia. A head who directs the harassment, that allows it or that remains to the margin, is not a good leader.

CHANGE OF PAPERS. Another aspect to consider is the change of papers that can be given when the work is interpreted: he is not strange to find us with a pursuer who, with time, finishes being marginalized if the context or the surroundings is healthy and it is not let manipulate. A strategy badly taken by the pursuer can cause that it becomes in his against. Also the case that can occur the harassed one can that becomes pursuer when it has not known to digest the then violence that has received and to happen pursuing in another different surroundings. When this happens the main instigador will have gained the game since it will have obtained that her victim becomes twig. To leave the circle of the violence requires a conscious act, a decision making of the victim; if it does not decide to leave this circle it tends to perpetuate the vilolencia. That explains the difficulties in the personal relations of some harassed with its relatives and friends.

THE PUBLIC. The tacit collaborators. Rumors collaborate with the harasser extending. They are those that justify the social emptiness. Sometimes nor they know the victim but they collaborate in his disrepute The dumb witnesses. They do not want to know nothing of the harassed companion. They are going to his, to receive every month, because they think that he is safer to be next to the head who in against: he can dismiss and encontar a work to them in according to what conditions are not easy task. When there is a judgment, lamentably, the dumb witnesses are able to appear in the judgment and to declare in favor of the head or pursuing companion. When he is the harassed one the one that needs testimonies usually finds single. The nondumb witnesses. They are very little. They form the people who speak well of the victim, those that defend it. They have had antecedent to which those testimonies in favor of the harassed one have been dismissed not being loyal to the company. An important function of the nondumb witnesses is that healthy points of refence allow to the victim conserving. In great majotity of the cases of harassment nondumb witnesses do not exist.
