One
of the disadvantages more serious than suffers the people by mobbing
is the long period who can be suffering without realizing. When
we do not know what they are doing to us little we can do. We let
pass the time hoping... and holding. The sequels that leave are
imborrables. They are affected, in addition to the work, the relations
of pair and relatives without leaving of side the friendships. There
is some experimental study that affirms that the sequels get to
damage some parts of the brain and that they are irreversible. They
can appear to the twenty years of the harassment. Therefore, we
are not speaking of a disease of difficult diagnosis and that hardly
it is possible to be catalogued of "labor risk" but that
"attacks" damaging the organism. This can be considered
disease labor. Which is the profile of the harassed person? The
investigations in this field have come indicating the existence
from two types of workers who behave of different way and that they
react of different way according to the outer stimuli. There is
a type of worker who is continuous and fighting against if perpetually
same and the others obtaining a series of prestige in the smaller
possible time. Its behavior is openly competitive, making difficult
the cooperation between tasks. Another type of worker does not represent
this urgency to compete constantly. They are able to enjoy its work
and to make it without feeling like "owners" of the project.
They are cooperative and they easily collaborate with other workers
contributing its knowledge. The workers of the first group are seen
like adversaries and not like collaborator. The successes are, necessarily,
only of them. It is no wonder it forces to the rest of companions
to obtain "his objectives". In this atmosphere he is not
strange to find behaviors of psychological violence and harassment.
Which is the reason because a person or people takes it with me?
We found frequently that mobbing is used like a smoke screen on
the professional inadecuación of the pursuer. Professor Leymann
