on the Workplace

psychological stability of a human being, through the discredited

Bullying
and society.
At
the moment stress, mobbing, the syndrome to be burnout, the sexualharassment
and, even the ergonomic risks, are some of news labor risks that
are beginning to become the factors that more problems cause to
the good operation of the companies. The new labor risks arise from
the new structure of the work (competitiveness, the new companies
and the change of the society that are acquiring as much importance
as the physical security. Between these risks we can emphasize like
the most significant ergonomic risks, the exhibition to electromagnetic
fields or the psycho-social ones like mobbing. According to the
experts we have to redesign the organitzación of the work
to cover the expectations with the worker. Mobbing, burnout and
stress, are the problems with more presence in the labor world.
What
is burnout? We can see it in people who maintain a constant and
direct relation with other people: doctors, nurses, professors...
the expectations of these professionals, at first, were vocations:
a way to help the others, to improve its conditions for life and
that, some cases become the origin of the failures of these professionals.
What
is stress? The encyclopedia says to us,: "Situation for a person,
or some of its organs, that can demand of them a yield very superior
to the normal one, puts them in risk of becoming ill.
And
what we can say of mobbing? Mobbing takes place when the fellow
workers (horizontal harassment ), or superior ones (vertical harassment),
they begin to do empty occurring a situation of hostility. These
situations cause a hard weakness in the harassed people, as much
physical as psychically. SEDISEM is centered in mobbing.
